WELCOME TO LOS CABOS!

I would like to begin by thanking all of you for visiting our webpage and invite all of you to this paradise at the end of the Baja California Peninsula. 

It is truly a magical destination with incredible vistas, beaches, desert and a vast array of different activities. We are famous for the year round fishing and the first class golf courses.

I am also extremely proud to be a members of Les Clefs d’Or the Association of Concierge Mexico (ACM) currently directing the Baja California Region. We are a group of Concierges in Hotel Lobbies that are always striding to be better. As a group we really do participate in many different aspects of our profession through monthly meetings, excursions, sampling Restaurants and an assortment of cultural activities.

There is also a number of statures and ethics that we must abad by but in the end it helps us to always make the right choices and not to stray into gray areas. There is a lot of history that we cary along with the Gold Key’s that we port on our uniforms and I would love to inspire all Concierges to begin this fantastic journey that has made me a better service provider all around.

I am confident that our web page will be able to answer all you doubts and it will also work as a tool for our current members as this is all of ours.

Going back to the first paragraph, it is surprising to me how many people I meet, and I ask them how they came to live in Cabo and the number of people who say that they just came on vacation but loved it so much that they had to stay or moved afterwards. The proof is in the pudding.

In closing, I would like to make a commitment to everyone of my members to wake up daily and be a better Concierge!
